Shahid Afridi of Pakistan is a Pakistani cricket player whose full name is Sahibzada Mohammad Shahid Khan Afridi born March 1, 1980, Khyber Agency of the Federally Administered Tribal Areas, Pakistan. He is from the Afridi tribe of Pashtuns. Afridi is married to Nadia and has four daughters. He is known for his aggressive batting style, and previously held the record for the fastest ODI century i.e.in 37 deliveries,(Now broken by Corey Anderson who took one delivery less i.e.36 deliveries) which he made in his first international innings, as well as scoring 32 runs in a single over, the third highest scoring over ever in an ODI. He also holds the distinction of having hit the most number of sixes in the history of ODI cricket. Shahid Afridi considers himself a better bowler than batsman, and has taken 48 Test wickets and over 350 in ODIs. Currently Afridi is third on the list of leading wicket takers in the Twenty20 format, behind Saeed Ajmal and Umer Gul of Pakistan, taking 73 wickets from 70 matches. Shahid Afridi has signed to play for Sydney Thunder in Australia’s Twenty20 Big Bash league. In June 2009, Afridi took over the Twenty20 captaincy from Younus Khan, and was later appointed ODI captain for the 2010 Asia Cup. In his first match as ODI captain against Sri Lanka he scored a century however Pakistan still lost by 16 runs. He then also took over the Test captaincy but resigned after one match in charge citing lack of form and ability to play Test cricket; at the same time he announced his retirement from Tests. He retained the captaincy in limited-overs form of the game and led the team in the 2011 World Cup. In May 2011, having led Pakistan in 34 ODIs, Afridi was replaced as captain. Later that month he announced his conditional retirement from international cricket in protest against his treatment by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). However, in October he reversed his decision. UNICEF and Pakistani authorities have taken Shahid Afridi on board for its anti-polio campaign in the tribal belt of lawless Waziristan region. Zac Braff was born Zachary Israel “Zach” Braff on April 6, 1975 in South Orange, New Jersey. His father, Harold Irwin “Hal” Braff, is a trial attorney and sociology professor, and his mother, Anne Brodzinsky (born Anne Hutchinson Maynard), worked as a clinical psychologist. His parents divorced and remarried others during Braff’s childhood. One of his siblings, Joshua, is an author. Braff’s father was born into a Jewish family, and Braff’s mother, originally a Protestant, converted to Judaism before marrying his father. Zac Braff   has said that he had a “very strong Conservative/Orthodox upbringing” (he was Bar Mitzvah at Oheb Shalom Congregation).In 2005, he stated that he is “not a huge organized religion guy” and, in 2013, that “the religion doesn’t necessarily work for me”, although he identifies as Jewish. Through his mother’s New England ancestors, Zac Braff is a ninth cousin of politician Mitt Romney. Zac Braff  a 5′ 11″ American actor, director and screenwriter first became known in 2001 for his role as Dr. John Dorian on the television series Scrubs, for which he was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series in 2005. In 2004 Zac Braff made his directorial debut with Garden State. He returned to his home state New Jersey to shoot the film, which was produced for $2.5 million. The film made over $35 million at the box office and was praised by critics, leading it to gain a large following. Zac Braff wrote the film, starred in it, and compiled the soundtrack record. He won numerous awards for his directing work, and also won the Grammy Award for Best Soundtrack Album in 2005. Zac Braff  directed another film, Wish I Was Here (2014), which he funded with a Kickstarter campaign. Zac Braff attended Columbia High School in Maplewood, New Jersey, and also graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in film.  Zac Braff  also starred in the movies Chicken Little (2005), The Last Kiss (2006), and The Ex (2006). He attended the same high school and graduated the same year (1993) as R&B singer and hip-hop MC Lauryn Hill. Zac Braff  is the brother, novelist Josh Braff, wrote “The Unthinkable Thoughts of Jacob Green.” Zac Braff  is best friends in real life with Scrubs (2001) co-star Donald Faison, who plays Turk. Zac Braff is the youngest of four children: Adam J. Braff, Joshua Braff (wife, Jill; children, Henry and Ella), and Shoshanna Braff. Middle brother, Joshua Braff, and oldest brother, Adam J. Braff have collaborated on screenplays for TV. His sister is a fashion designer.
