Julius Erving Dr. J was born Julius Winfield Erving II on February 22, 1950 in Roosevelt, New York. He is 6’7″ tall and is a retired American basketball player. She is an actress, known for her roles as Brooke in Bring It On: In It to Win It (2007), as Lauren Tanner in Make It or Break It (2009–12), and as Nova Clarke in Sharknado (2013) and Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No! He directs the Cardiovascular Institute and Complementary Medicine Program at New York Presbyterian Hospital. His research interests include heart replacement surgery, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, complementary medicine and health-care policy. He has authored over 400 original publications, book chapters, and medical books and has received several patents. He performs over 100 heart operations annually. Dr. Oz is an Alma mater Harvard University (A.B.) and University of Pennsylvania (M.D., M.B.A.). His spouse is Lisa Lemole whom he is married from since 1985.
